2023 Kickball Tournament Picnic

Our kickball tournament is the perfect opportunity for alumni to bond and have fun! We will have vendors! We also have a picnic area for those classes who want to take a break from the tournament. At the end of the day, we will crown the victor in a friendly class competition. So don't miss out on this great event!
Kickball Team Sign Up
Deadline to register: April 8th
Signing up is easy and can be done online. Each team must have a minimum of 11 players, with a maximum of 20 players. All teams must pay a fee of $50 at the time of sign up. Teams can choose their own name, but all players must wear the same color. The deadline to register is April 5th. Join us and have a great time playing kickball with your classmates!
Class Tent Sign Up
Deadline to register: April 8th
LCHSAA is offering free sign-up for class tents. All classes of the association are welcome to join. NO GRILLING, NO FRYERS, NO COOKING, PICNIC STYLE ONLY! Sign-up is easy and free. All you need to do is fill out a simple form. We look forward to seeing you. SPACE IS LIMITED!
Volunteer Sign Up
We are looking for volunteers to help with setting up, running the tournament, and clean up afterwards. We also need healthcare volunteers. If you are passionate about sports and helping out in your community, please consider volunteering. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in helping out!
Vendor Sign Up
Deadline to register: April 4th
Vendor registration for the kickball tournament is now open! We are only accepting ten vendors, so spots are limited. We will not be accepting food vendors, so please keep this in mind when registering. The LCHSAA vendor registration fee is non-refundable, so please make sure you are committed before signing up. If you have any questions about the registration process please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to having you join us!
