ABOUT US

Lake City High School in Lake City, SC was built in 1970 and its first graduating class was the class of 1971. The Lake City High School Alumni Association (LCHSAA) was created in 2013 by former Lake City High School graduates who were inspired to bring together LCHS students and graduates from across the globe to assist in enhancing schools, communities and future Alumni. One of the main goals of this association is to be a beacon of light that will shine upon former and future students and graduates in an effort to enhance and continuously build “Pride” within the communities and schools, which is known as “Panther Pride.” LCHSAA’s mission, created in 2014, is to provide Alumni with the  opportunity to have a positive impact through collaborative

partnerships with FCSD#3 schools, communities, students and businesses to build a stronger community. In 2015 this association became a non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of South Carolina. In 2016 LCHSAA’s first elected and or appointed Officers were: Latasha Robinson ’92, President; Rechelle Jones ’88, 1st Vice-President; Makeeba Elmore, ’90, 2nd Vice-President; Lavelle Robinson, ’91, Secretary; Kimberly Tisdale, ’99, Assistant Secretary, Gwindell Washington, ’82, Treasurer and Janice Eaddy '77. The LCHSAA knows that with great partnerships, positive people, vibrant communities and strong schools, there will always be room for “Panther Pride,” because “Together We Can” and “We Will”
